Share Your Care, Inc., is a community-based, non-profit organization that has been providing Adult Day Services to the Albuquerque community since 1975 and in Rio Rancho since 1990. We also have a new partnership with the City of Albuquerque which will allow us to meet our mission by serving more people. Started as a grass-roots effort by concerned citizens from the community, we offer a comprehensive program that provides a variety of health, social, and related support services. For over 26 years we have focused on providing adult day services to adults with disabilities, including functionally impaired adults aged 18 and older who have been physically or mentally abused, neglected, or exploited or are at risk of abuse, neglect, or exploitation, and adults who have physical or mental disabilities and are in need of restorative or rehabilitative services to attain their highest functional level.
