The City Center programs (Barelas, Bear Canyon, Los Volcanes, and North Valley) serve persons 60 years of age and over. The Ponderosa and Rio Rancho locations serve persons 18 years of age and over with disabilities and have special programs for persons with Alzheimers Disease and related demenias. The Ponderosa location also offers a Psychosocial Intervention Program for persons with chronic mental illnesses. Share Your Care serves an average of 205 persons annually at our six sites. Bilingual staff are available at all programs.
