Rio Rancho General Recent Events
During these past several months all of us here at the General Program in Rio Rancho have enjoyed the various activities. The clients and staff continue work together and hand in hand with all the activities that are on-going at the program as well as out in the community.
First, in July, This month was a great month for going out into the community – to the coffee shops, parks, and the great entertainment with the Justin Band. The Gentlemen’s and the Lady’s enjoyed their own day out into the community.
Second, in August, the clients continued to enjoy their activity choices and go into the community and enjoy the various outings. The clients enjoyed the music, art and massage therapy programs. The clients enjoyed bingo, arts and craft, reading, educational activities - the clients enjoyed the nature walks and the nice outdoor weather, and the warm sunshine, and of course, enjoyed the rain. Everyone enjoyed the several outings at the local restaurants in the community.
Third, September, The beginning of this month started with a busy schedule of activities at the State Fair, everyone had a great time at the fair and everyone looks forward to next year’s State Fair. Jim, Massage Therapist, is great favorite with everyone and continues to provide excellent service for everyone here at the program.
The clients express their interests in the variety of activities throughout this quarter of events, such as those mentioned in July, August and September. The clients have great interest in bingo, afternoon walks, and have displayed talents in various educational activities in which the clients have learned from each other - and the various outings in which they have expressed great enjoyment in going on with their peers and staff.
Together with Clients and Staff, each one contributes to the great program in Rio Rancho, and each one conveys an invite to everyone out there to come by and visit with the People at the General Program.
