I am writing to compliment work done by Diana Chance at the Rio Rancho location of Share Your Care. she has personally cared for my Grandmother,age 95, for well over a year on a daily basis. Diana's tender devotion and professional aptitude personify this company's business name - she sincerely "shares her care" with outstanding devotion.
Diana has always shown a consistent kindness and sincerity toward my Alzheimer's Grandma - as well as everyone she encounters. The heart felt appreciation shows on the faces of each senior she works with. They are obviously loved. This level of sincerity is not easily replaced: it is a treasured skill to be well acknowledged. Diana knows her job well and would be a fantastic superviosr for new carefivers.
Please reward Diana - her skills and natural talents are truly exceptional. She does a consistent fantastic job. Most importantlyl, I have witnessed that her attention to detail and responsible persona bring comfort to all the family members of the elderly that she work with. Everyone knows their loved ones will be respected, well entertained and watched closely in her care. My Grandma could hardly wait to arrive. I have watched Diana help each person with their lunch, and make sure that people feel acknowledged. In return, I request that your company professionally acknopwledge Diana.
She multi tasks well to meet the needs of the entire group of elderly. and she works so well with her peers and supervisors. This quality of effort is rare in the world. Diana is incredible at her job and her work has been deeply appreciated.
When my Grandma passed away recently, she insisted on wearing one of the beaded necklaces which Diana personally helped her create. Please reward Diana Chance - she personally contributed to my Granma's last year on earth as an endeared "well care for" experience.
